01.API credentials

Enter your Autotask API username and secret. We use these to fetch ticket and contact details when a webhook fires.

02.Register the webhook URL

Copy your unique webhook URL from Easy Feedback and paste it into Autotask Admin → Webhooks. Takes under two minutes.

03.Choose trigger events

Select which ticket status changes fire a survey — typically 'Complete'. Filter by queue, company, or ticket type.
