Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Easy Feedback. They form a binding agreement between you and Easy Feedback.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Easy Feedback (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Easy Feedback is a software-as-a-service platform that enables IT service providers to automatically send customer satisfaction surveys triggered by ticket completion events in Autotask PSA, and to track and report on the resulting feedback. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@easyfeedback.app if you suspect unauthorised access. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Accounts may not be shared between organisations.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to: • Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or surveys to recipients who have not had a prior business relationship with you. • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service. • Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code. • Abuse or overload our infrastructure in a way that degrades service for other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.

5. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If payment fails, we may suspend your account after a reasonable grace period. Applicable taxes are additional where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and documentation, is owned by Easy Feedback and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, trade names, or logos. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including your customers' survey responses. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Feedback's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account via the dashboard settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your data before termination; see our Privacy Policy for retention details.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
