Uses standard Slack Incoming Webhooks — no special permissions or admin approval.
Create a Slack app
Go to api.slack.com/apps, create a new app for your workspace, and give it a name (e.g. Easy Feedback).
Enable Incoming Webhooks
Under Features → Incoming Webhooks, toggle the feature on. Click 'Add New Webhook' and select your target channel.
Paste the webhook URL
Copy the webhook URL Slack generates. Paste it into Easy Feedback Settings → Integrations → Slack and save.
Set your notifyOn filter
Choose All responses, Positive only, or Negative only. Update the filter any time.
What the notification contains
Each alert uses Block Kit — Slack's structured message format — to display all key context in a clean, readable layout directly in your channel.
- Emoji satisfaction rating displayed visually
- Customer name and company
- Autotask ticket number
- Assigned technician
- Survey comment (if provided)
- Timestamp and direct link to response
