Add an Incoming Webhook connector
In your Teams channel go to Connectors, add Incoming Webhook, give it a name, and copy the URL.
Paste the URL into Easy Feedback
Go to Settings → Integrations → Microsoft Teams, paste the webhook URL and save.
Set your notifyOn filter
Choose All responses, Positive only, or Negative only. Update it any time.
Receive Adaptive Card alerts
Qualifying responses trigger a rich Adaptive Card in Teams showing rating, company, ticket number, technician, and comment.
What the notification contains
Each Teams alert is an Adaptive Card — structured and readable, with all the context your team needs without leaving Teams.
- Emoji satisfaction rating displayed visually
- Customer name and company
- Autotask ticket number
- Assigned technician
- Survey comment (if provided)
- Timestamp of response
